For young village families in South Asia who have experienced the tragic loss of one or both parents, a life of hardship ensues: Financial struggle, village alienation due to customs and beliefs around death, schooling limitations, probable child labor and likely increase in potential for child marriage.
But through the Restoring Hope Circle of Friends, their future is still hopeful.
A child and family with Restoring Hope will have direct financial support for food and health needs, the opportunity to attend the very best college-preparatory school in their area, the fellowship and belonging of the local village church community and the shepherding of the local pastor and pastor’s wife to help them recover and reestablish a chance to thrive in life rather than just survive.
